THE STORY:

I first designed these exercises to myself, when I found out that l often ignore, gaslight, and not notice my own emotions, due to how I grew up.

Many people especially those in the Arabic world struggle the same struggle, possibly without any awareness of it.

It started with a pen, and a piece of A4 paper.

Slowly after, I notices the link between my needs, and my emotions.

I started doing them everyday during my journey to healing & afterward.

I saw the big difference that these exercises have made !

Therefore, I designed this journal to the world, hoping that it will help them out as it did to me.

And the journey of making this journal was another form of big challenges & healing, that I am grateful for.
